Hacking Sleep

I’d love to try this method of doing with less sleep, if my job next year permitted a siesta.
Siestas sound lazy, but this is all about feeling just as well rested for less actual time sleeping. Interesting.

don’t do it. There is something wrong with even contemplating hacking sleep. really.
i heard of another theory: 8 day week. sleep 7 hours a day, stay awake for 14 hours. So each day is 21 hours.
but this is crazy. say you go to bed sunday night at midnight, wake up mon 7 am, go to bed at 9pm monday night etc etc right? you will be going to bed at mid day Wed and wake up 7pm and stay till 9am to go to bed on Thurs.
8 days a week, would you do it? guess you can since Elly probably still not settle yet?
@ Michael – I’d have thought you’d be a front-running sleep hacker.
@ Leo – 8 days a week? I think I need to continue living in the Real World.
i’m amazed to see people even try the uberman and and the everyman method. maybe very helpful for young mums who cannot have full sleep hours to do more naps here and there.
ben, i’m glad that you are keen to go only up to siesta!
I am not a sleep-hacker by choice… I just keep waking up!
