Cordelia Ruth is our darling daughter.
She likes using everyday objects as phones (doorstops, shoes, her water bottle etc), walking around the gardens of the complex we live in, going to creche and day care, making animal sounds and seeing her grandparents and aunts.
We’ve entered an interesting phase with Cordie recently. She can really understand a lot now, and she responds to some quite specific questions. For example, you can ask her if the bath is too hot, if she would like some cheese, if she feels like it’s bedtime and if she would like to play outside.
We don’t let her run the show, but it’s cool to interact like this with her. We’re able to involve her in decisions and she’s way more responsive when she is given some measure of autonomy.
Fun.
